During my internship at IBM, I became the Events Lead, designing and delivering a scalable internal events system. I created user-focused landing pages, communications, and workflows to support IBM Technology events, while also designing internal tools and dashboards used across multiple sustainability software products. This work supported campaigns generating over $1M in renewals.
